Does FamSure work when the app is closed?

Yes, if you allow location "all the time". You can stop sharing in the app at any time.

Who can see my location?

Only the members of your family group. Locations are encrypted with your group's key.

What happens when I press SOS?

Your whole group is notified with your live location. On Care Premium, your emergency contacts also get a WhatsApp message, or an SMS if it isn't read.

Is FamSure available on iPhone?

Coming soon. Android is available on Google Play today.

Will it drain my battery?

It updates often only while you move, and rarely when you stay put.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Me → Delete account. What gets deleted.
