Delete in the app
- Open FamSure and sign in.
- Tap the Me tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can't open the app?
Email famsure.support@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number you used to sign in, and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account, profile, display name and profile photo.
- Your membership in every family group.
- Your latest location and your location history.
- Your saved places (Smart Timeline).
- Your arrival and departure alerts in each group's zone history.
- Invite codes you created.
- If you were the last member of a group, the whole group and its data.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in your store account first so you are not charged again.
